This highly ambitious and dynamic water treatment company with a £2 million plus business turnover is presently looking for an enthusiastic and self-motivated Water Treatment Company Operations Manager to look after their Office in West Yorkshire.

The successful candidate must come from a strong chemical background and have at least three years working experience within a similar role and within the water treatment industry.

As a Water Treatment Company Operations Manager, you will be responsible in managing and supervising and looking after 20-23 staff – 2 Regional Managers and 5 Risk Assessors.

Overall, you will be responsible for the delivery of water treatment services, which entails process operations, projects, maintenance, risk management, finance and other issues.

Manage and develop new and existing business – liaise with clients from all levels.

Overall, you will have excellent leadership experience, good communication/organization/time management skills, PC literate, be well versed with the Health and Safety procedures and have the ability to work under pressure.

We are currently recruiting in the Water Treatment/Water Hygiene/Legionella markets and have 10-20 clients in each region of the paying. They are looking for Legionella Risk Assessors, Water Treatment/Service Engineers, Water Treatment Accounts/Sales/Project/Technical/Operational Managers through to Director Level.
