Job Title: Water Treatment Sales Manager.
Location: Manchester, Greater Manchester
Salary / Benefits £60K – £100K + Benefits
Renowned Water Treatment player with a growing presence across the UK seeks an experienced Water Treatment Sales Manager. The ideal candidate will have long term experience working for a well-known business; able to lead an established team of sales consultants whilst consistently driving business growth, establishing divisions, and delivering strong financial outcomes. For the right appointment, the client can offer an attractive base salary, plus generous bonus and commission schemes as well as attractive company electric/ hybrid car.

Experience & Qualifications:
” Previous long term experience in a Lead Sales/ BDM role for a Water Treatment business.
” Confident in leading and developing large teams of sales staff.
” Overseeing existing business and identifying opportunities for further growth.
” Able to communicate efficiently and will be IT literate.
The Role:
” Day to day running of the sales and BDM team, ensuring growth across all departments.
” Attending client review and update meetings alongside sales teams.
” Providing accurate forecasting and P&L information.
” Working to targets and ensuring consistent growth on previous years.
” Assisting in the recruitment process for new commercial and operational staff.
” Developing the sales teams, identifying the need for training and advising on best sales strategies.
” Supporting the business through acquisitions and building strong working relationships with new clients and sales contacts.
” Actively overseeing the development new business, opportunities, devising national sales strategies.
” Working alongside the company’s marketing team to maximise results.
” Chairing sales meetings
” Reporting to Directors
