Job Description

This high profile client within the water treatment/water hygiene industry currently has a vacancy for a commercially focused and motivated Water Treatment Sales Manager in the South Wales/South West region. Applications from South Wales and the surrounding areas will be considered.

Qualifications & experience:

Must have a strong educational, chemical, consultancy, technical, management, accounts, sales and office background.
Good working knowledge and understanding of the water treatment industry and legislations.
Experience in a business development role within the water sector.
A proven track record in sales.
Excellent communication skills.
Competent in using Microsoft office package.

Key Responsibilities:

Selling the company’s wide range of water treatment services.
Resourcing new business leads.
Develop new accounts, whilst also managing existing ones.
Carrying out service visits and managing workload efficiently.
Management of cooling tower, steam boiler, hot and cold water systems, etc.
Building and maintaining a good working relationship with the company’s large and mixed portfolio of clients.
Dealing with any issues appropriately and effectively.
Producing quotations and tenders.
KPI’s.
Achieving set targets and goals.
Dealing with recruitment and training of staff.
