Job Title: Water Treatment Service Chemist / Account Manager
Location: Bristol, South West.
Salary / Benefits £30k – £45k +Training +Benefits
Level of Experience: Trainee Water Treatment Service Chemist / Account Manager through to Lead Water Treatment Service Chemist / Account Manager

Profile: Future Select specialise recruiting within the Water Treatment / Water Hygiene industry. We have an established Water Treatment company who work across Food & Beverage, Healthcare, Educational, High security, and Heavy Industrial sites across the UK, providing the full range of technical Water Treatment Services. They are now seeking to employ an experienced and self-motivated Water Treatment Service Chemist / Account Manager based in and around the Bristol area. The ideal candidate will come from a strong chemistry background, with experience undertaking the analysis of closed loop systems, cooling towers and steam boiler water systems. Previous experience managing existing accounts, cross selling company services and managing own schedule would be beneficial to the role.

Experience & Qualifications:
” Experience working within the Water Treatment industry, working within a sales / account management role would be beneficial to the role.
” Holding a chemistry related degree / qualification (Desired)
” Will have excellent knowledge of Water treatment systems and use of chemicals.
” Knowledge of ACoP L8 and relevant Health and Safety legislation is essential to the role.
” Will have excellent communication skills, written and verbal.

The Role:
” Carrying out the sampling and analysis of Industrial Steam Boilers and Cooling Towers, using onsite test kits.
” Managing a portfolio of existing and new accounts.
” Managing own schedule efficiently.
” Attending sites weekly,
” Undertaking closed system sampling, analysis, and reporting.
” Compiling technical site reports and advise clients on findings.
” Providing clients with detailed reports and detailed technical advice.
” Liaising client clients and maintaining excellent relationships, providing support on site and via phone/emails.
