You will be working on a mixed portfolio of longstanding client sites including Commercial, Industrial, Social Housing and Healthcare sites. You will have extensive experience carrying out asbestos surveying duties in line with HSG 264 guidelines as well as providing clients with excellent consultancy advice and support when required. Working on Local Authority, Industrial, Educational, Commercial, and Social Housing sites, carrying out the following surveying and analytical duties:

” Management, refurbishment, demolition, and re-inspection surveys.
” Sampling of ACMs, ensuring to bag safely and label correctly.
” 4 stage clearances.
” Leak, smoke, background, re-occupation and personal air testing.
” Auditing of contractors on site.
” Using TEAMS / TRACKER systems to produce detailed reports based on site findings.
” Ensuring surveying and analytical duties are carried out in line with HSG 264 / HSG 248 guidelines.
” Liaising with clients with requires, representing the company professionally.
