Job title: Asbestos Surveyor / Analyst
Location: Walsall, West Midlands
Salary: 25-43K DOE with training and benefits

This firmly established company is looking for an enthusiastic Asbestos Surveyor / Analyst who is able to travel nationally to various client sites in a professional manner. Being experienced in the Asbestos Industry holding all BOHS P402, P403 and P404 qualifications. The company is multi-disciplined so can offer great cross-training into other environmental sectors, so this is a great opportunity for someone who is interested in further development prospects. Qualifications and Experience:
– Have all the BOHS P402, P403 and P404 qualifications
– Able to demonstrate good client facing skills
– Capable of undertaking management, demolition and refurbishment asbestos surveys
– Follow / comply with Health & Safety laws and company procedures
– Can use IT software such as TEAMS and Microsoft Office Suite

The role:
– Working across a range of domestic, commercial and industrial sites
– Travelling to client sites to discuss their requirements and provide updates on works
– Take samples from sites and store safely to be analysed in the lab
– Carrying out smoke, background, leak, reassurance, visual, re-occupation air testing
– Produce detailed asbestos reports
– Prioritising own workload to ensure efficiency
– Carrying out the full range of asbestos surveys to agreed targets
