Job Description

Due to the acquisition of new contracts, this well-established asbestos company with a large presence nationwide is now looking for a competent and experienced Asbestos Bid Coordinator to join their workforce in the London area. Applications from Dartford, Basildon, Chelmsford, Ashford and the surrounding areas will be considered.

Qualifications & Experience:

The applicant must come from a strong educational background.
Excellent communication skills.
Previous experience of bid writing relating to the asbestos industry.
Proficient in using the Microsoft Office Package.
Good attention to detail.

Role:

Coordinating bid small to large scale bids.
Dealing with PQQs and Tender notifications.
Attending tender meetings.
Liaising with the company’s teams to assess any new opportunities.
Completing the required documentation (with input from various departments) to ensure submission within the required time scale.
Maintaining an effective archive/filing structure for past submissions and any other relevant paperwork.
Monitoring and evaluating the success rates and conversions.
