This well-established, highly successful asbestos company with a nationwide presence is currently looking for a competent and experienced Asbestos Lab Analyst to join their team in the North West region. Applications from Bolton, Wigan, Rochdale and the surrounding areas will be considered.
Qualifications & Experience:
The applicant must have attained the P401 qualification.
Experience of working in a laboratory environment within the asbestos industry.
Excellent communication skills.
Proficient in using the Microsoft Office Package.
Good attention to detail.
Appropriately logging samples received into the laboratory.
Preparing samples for analysis.
Carrying out analysis of samples for fibre content.
Typing up of certificates.
Liaising with the company’s mixed portfolio of clients.
Assisting with any other duties as required.
