Job Title: Asbestos Quality Manager.
Location: Stanford-le-Hope, Essex.
Salary / Benefits £25k – £50k + Training + Benefits

Privately owned UKAS accredited Asbestos Consultancy, now have a position available for an Asbestos Quality Manager. You will be responsible for maintaining the companies UKAS accreditation, as well as carrying out audits internally and onsite, and you will oversee and provide support to lab, office, site staff and management. Our client is looking to recruit someone who is wants to be a part of an exciting and expanding team, with the opportunity for further career growth.

Experience & Qualifications:
” Will possess the BOHS P402, P403, P404 (or RSPH equivalent).
” Holding the CoCA is beneficial to the role but not essential.
” Experience working hands on for a UKAS accredited Asbestos company, ideally within a Quality Management role.
” Will have excellent knowledge of relevant Health and Safety Legislations.
” Will have good IT skills and able to communicate efficiently.
The Role:
” Undertaking internal and onsite audits.
” Ensuring to maintain the companies UKAS accreditation.
” Overseeing and managing lab, office and site staff.
” Ensuring work is carried out in line with relevant Health and Safety Legislations.
” Attending site meetings in line with client needs, providing technical support and dealing with any queries efficiently.
” Providing candidates with training when required.
” Building and maintaining professional relationships with clients.
