Job Title: Asbestos Site Analyst.
Location: Canvey Island, Essex.
Salary / Benefits £24k – £42k + Training + Benefits

An established South East based Asbestos Consultancy are looking to expand and grow their team of Asbestos Site Analysts. This role would suit someone who has extensive experience carrying out analytical services across a mixed portfolio of sites. The successful candidate will be able to work safely and efficiently to client deadlines in line with HSG 248 guidelines. Experience & Qualifications:
” Will have industry relevant experience, working for a UKAS accredited Asbestos Consultancy as an Asbestos Site Analyst.
” Able to work on a mixed portfolio of sites, including Retail, Leisure, Healthcare, Educational, and Domestic.
” Holding industry relevant qualifications such as the BOHS P403 & P404 is essential to the role.
” Relevant knowledge of HSG 248 guidelines.
” Familiar using TEAMS / TRACKER systems.
” Excellent communication skills.

The Role:
” Carrying out 4 stage clearances, leak, smoke, re-assurance, background, and personal air testing.
” Ensuring all work is completed in line with agreed timeframes and HSG 248 guidelines.
” Using industry relevant systems to produce and submit detailed, site-specific reports.
” Providing support and consultancy advice to clients, dealing with any issues and queries.
