Job Title: Asbestos Site Analyst
Location: Croydon, Greater London
Salary/Benefits: £25k – £42k + Training & Benefits

Our client is recruiting a qualified Asbestos Site Analyst to cover new contracts in the South East of England. The role will require a candidate who can hit the ground running and smoothly transition into a well-established team. The company is a privately-owned and friendly outfit, who can support staff through further training and modules. Salaries and benefits are competitive and include overtime rates as well as a company pension scheme.

Locations of work will include: Croydon, Bromley, Orpington, Dartford, Gravesend, Crawley, East Grinstead, Maidstone, Sevenoaks, Royal Tunbridge Wells, Horsham, Guildford, Woking, Redhill, Kingston upon Thames, Sutton, Epsom, Hounslow, Southall, Slough, Reading, Maidenhead, Bracknell, Camberley, Basingstoke, Aldershot, Farnham, Windsor, Harrow, Wembley, High Wycombe.

Experience / Qualifications:
– Must have a successful record working as an Asbestos Site Analyst within a UKAS accredited company
– Will hold the BOHS P403 & P404 qualifications as a minimum
– Fantastic knowledge of HSG 264 and UKAS guidelines
– Proficient in the use of industry software, such as: TEAMS and the Microsoft Office Suite
– Good literacy skills
– Professional manner

The Role:
– Undertaking the full range of asbestos analytical duties across a range of commercial, local authority and public sector sites
– 4 stage clearances
– Conducting personal, leak, smoke, background and reassurance air testing
– Collecting ACM samples from site
– Overseeing the safety and HSG compliance across asbestos removals projects
– Liaising with sub-contractors and site operatives
– Being a key point of contact for clients, answering any technical queries and providing support
– Completing reports on progress and findings
