Job Description

Due to continued success this well-established asbestos company is actively looking to recruit a competent Asbestos Site Analyst to cover contracts in and around the London area. Undertaking daily tasks such as supervising contractors on site to ensure that they are following asbestos H&S procedures, Building and maintain a professional relationship with the companies wide range of clients and collecting accurate data to produce reports Consideration will be given to candidates from Ashford, Basildon, Southend-on-Sea, Dartford and the surrounding areas.

Qualifications & experience:

Must possess the P403 and P404 asbestos certificates or the RSPH equivalent qualifications.
Experience in site analyst role within the asbestos industry.
Good communication skills, both written and verbal.
Proficient with Microsoft office package.

Role:

Carry out 4 stage clearances, smoke, background, leak reassurance, visual, re-occupation and personal air testing.
Supervise contractors on site to ensure compliance with asbestos health & safety procedures.
Collate the relevant information to produce comprehensive reports.
Build and maintain a professional working relationship with the company’s portfolio of clients.
