Our client is an expanding asbestos management service company and is committed to providing professional and high quality asbestos and environmental services to a mixed portfolio of clients across the UK.They are actively seeking to recruit a self-motivated, enthusiastic and committed Asbestos Site Analyst based in the Nottingham area and will include applications from Loughborough, Newark, Derby and the surrounding areas.

Qualifications & Experience:

The individual must possess the P402, P403 and P404 certificates or the equivalent – RSPH qualifications.

Must have good communication skills both written and verbal.

Must have in-depth knowledge of the Health & Safety procedures with regards to asbestos.

Must be proficient in using the Microsoft Office Package.

Must have significant experience working within this role and within the asbestos arena.

Key Responsibilities:

Carrying out asbestos 4 stage clearances, smoke, background, leak reassurance, visual, re-occupation and personal air testing.

Carrying out Management, Refurbishment/Demolition surveys on various properties – commercial and industrial.

Overseeing asbestos contractors on site and ensuring that they comply with the Health and Safety procedures with regards to asbestos.

Collating and producing comprehensive asbestos reports as and when required.

Establishing and maintaining good relationship with the company’s portfolio of clients.

Attending meetings as and when required.

Requirements/Attributes:

In general, the successful candidate will be conscientious, flexible, have good work ethic and at the same time have the ability to work independently and as part of team.

Must be prepared to travel to sites.
