Job Title: Asbestos Surveyor
Location: Glasgow, Central Scotland.
Salary / Benefits £25k – £38k + Training + Benefits

We have an exciting opportunity for a BOHS P402 qualified Asbestos Surveyor to join an industry leading Asbestos Management provider based in Scotland. You will be joining their longstanding team of surveyors, working on a mixed portfolio of sites, carrying out various surveying duties, including management, R&D, and re-inspection surveys in line with HSG 264 guidelines. Consideration will be given to candidates from: Hamilton, East Kilbride, Kilmarnock, Paisley, Coatbridge, Falkirk, Kincardine, Stirling, Alloa, Edinburgh, Penicuik, Dunfermline, Kirkaldy.

Experience & Qualifications:

” Holding the BOHS P402 or RSPH equivalent is essential to the role.
” Experience working hands on for an established Asbestos Management company.
” Excellent knowledge of HSG 264 guidelines.
” Excellent communication skills.
” Organising workload accurately.
” IT literate, confident using TEAMS / TRACKER.

The Role:
” Working in line with HSG 264 guidelines to carry out management, R&D, and re-inspection surveys.
” Carrying out sampling of ACMs, ensuring to bag and label correctly, prior to sending for analysis.
” Liaising with clients efficiently.
” Producing detailed reports using TEAMS / TRACKER systems,
” Ensuring work is carried out in line with company and client needs & timelines.
