Job Title: Asbestos Surveyor
Location: Coventry, West Midlands
Salary/Benefits: £25k – £42k + Training & Benefits

Our client is a well-established Environmental Consultancy, with a national presence and growing client portfolio in the Midlands. They are seeking a P402 qualified Asbestos Surveyor to travel across commercial, domestic and public sector sites. The role will require an individual who has strong professional standards and excellent client-facing skills and a good level of industry knowledge. Experience / Qualifications:
– Must have strong experience undertaking Asbestos Surveys, ideally whilst working within a UKAS accredited company
– Will hold the BOHS P402 qualification, or RSPH equivalent
– Good literacy and numeracy skills
– Strong understanding of UKAS and HSG 264 guidelines
– Able to produce bespoke written reports
– Comfortable using company / industry recognised software

The Role:
– Conducting the full range of management, refurbishment and demolition asbestos surveys
– Writing thorough site-specific survey reports, including floor plans and drawings
– Collecting suspected ACM samples from site for analysis
– Meeting with clients to discuss their requirements
– Undertaking re-inspection surveys and handing back over to clients once complete
– Travelling as required
– Ensuring to adhere to industry compliance guidelines
