Job title: Asbestos Surveyor
Location: Tamworth, West Midlands
Salary: 25-42K DOE including training and benefits

We are recruiting for a well-established company that is looking for a hardworking experienced Asbestos Surveyor who can travel when required to commercial sites. It is important for the candidate to be a well-polished individual that can convey what they found on site in thorough detail to clients. Locations to travel to include: Birmingham, Leicester, Gloucester, Coventry, Worcester, Derby, Walsall, Dudley, Wolverhampton, Warwick, Lichfield, Burton Upon Trent, Solihull, Royal Leamington Spa, Stechford, Wigginton, Pelsall, Aldridge, Halesowen, Bromsgrove, Redditch, West Bromwich, Kidderminster, Rugby, Nuneaton, Droitwich Spa, Cheltenham, Ledbury

Qualifications and Experience:
– Has gained the P402 and worked within a UKAS accredited company
– Worked on domestic, commercial and industrial sites
– Able to travel in line with company requirements
– Understanding of UKAS and HSG 264 guidelines
– Professional manner when travelling to different sites
– Able to work to agreed surveying targets

The Role:
– Take samples from buildings and storing correctly for analysis
– Undertaking asbestos surveys across various premises
– Able to do management, demolition, and refurbishment surveys
– Organised and reliable
– Using IT software such as TEAMS and Microsoft Office Suite to complete reports
– Communication skill to talk to clients effectively
