Job Title: Asbestos Surveyor
Location: Bromley, Greater London
Salary/Benefits: £25k – £42k + Training & Benefits

Our client is an independent Asbestos firm, with a strong South Eastern client base and growing portfolio. They are looking for a professional Asbestos Surveyor to undertake the full range of asbestos surveys and provide excellent levels of service to new and exisiting clients. The role will involve travel around and within the M25, so close access would be beneficial. They are offering competitive salaries and benefits to the successful candidate.

You will be travelling across: Bromley, Croydon, Sidcup, Swanley, Bexleyheath, Erith, Gravesend, Sevenoaks, Oxted, Caterham, Redhill, Chatham, Maidstone, Aylesford, Epsom, Mitcham, Kingston upon Thames, Surbiton, Sutton, Twickenham, Weybridge, Richmond, Rainham, Barking, Ilford, Dagenham, Grays, Tilbury, Romford, Chigwell, Enfield, Basildon, Billericay, Wickford.

Experience / Qualifications:
– Must be qualified with the BOHS P402, or RSPH equivalent
– Strong experience undertaking the full range of Asbestos Surveys across a mixed portfolio of client sites
– Conversant in HSG 264 and UKAS guidelines
– Strong written ability
– IT literate
– Professional client-facing manner

The Role:
– Undertaking management, refurbishment and demolition asbestos surveys
– Working across a mix of commercial, domestic and local authority client sites
– Writing thorough reports to highlight areas of concern across inspected premises
– Collecting ACM samples for analysis
– Adhering to personal targets
– Ensuring to work in accordance with compliance guidelines
– Providing thorough technical advice to clients
