Job Title: Asbestos Surveyor
Location: Dartford, Kent.
Salary / Benefits £22k – £35k + Training + Benefits
Level of Experience: Asbestos Surveyor trough to Asbestos Consultant.

We are working closely with a leading and UKAS accredited Asbestos Consultancy who delivers the full range of asbestos services across the South East of England to Commercial, Healthcare, and Industrial sites. They are now looking to recruit an experienced Asbestos surveyor to join their established team and carry out the full range of surveying duties to a high standard. Our client can offer further training and development and career progression for the successful Company.

Consideration will be given to candidates from: Romford, Gravesend, Chatham, Croydon, Maidstone, Epsom, Reigate, Basildon, Brentwood, Cheshunt, Enfield, Woking, Guildford, Windsor, Tonbridge ,Gillingham, Canterbury, Crawley, Slough, High Wycombe, Southend-on-Sea.

Experience & Qualifications:
” BOHS P402 is essential to the role.
” Working for a UKAS accredited company would be beneficial.
” Competent in using TEAMS / TRACKER systems.
” Will have excellent communication skills and knowledge of HSG 264 guidelines.

The Role:
” Management, refurbishment, and demolition surveys.
” ACM sampling, bagging, and labelling all samples correctly prior to sending for analysis.
” Working in line with HSG 264 guidelines.
” Use of TEAMS / TRACKER to produce detailed asbestos reports.
” Ensuring to always remain professional when on site.
