Job Title: Asbestos Surveyor / Analyst.
Location: Dartford, Kent.
Salary / Benefits £22k – £36k + Training + Benefits

We are working closely with an industry leading, UKAS accredited Asbestos Consultancy, who work across the South East to deliver the full range of asbestos management services. They are now looking to recruit an Asbestos Surveyor / Analyst to work on Commercial, Industrial and Healthcare sites providing the full range of surveying and analytical duties in line with our client’s high standards. This role would suit a candidate looking to work on long-term static sites and reduce traveling, as the majority of work would be within the Kent area. Our client can offer the successful candidate further training and progression, alongside excellent salary, company pension and holiday allowance.

Consideration will be given to candidates from: Gravesend, Chatham, Gillingham, Maidstone, Canterbury, Ashford, Rochester, Tonbridge, Royal Tunbridge Wells, Romford, Dagenham, Croydon, Epsom, Reigate, Crawley, Horsham, Uckfield, Haslemere.

Experience & Qualifications:
” Holding the P402, P403, P404 or RSPH equivalent. (Essential)
” Experience working in a UKAS accredited Asbestos company.
” Up to date knowledge of HSG guidelines.
” Familiar using TEAMS / TRACKER systems.
” Working well independently and as a team.
The Role:
” Working on Educational, Industrial, Commercial, Blue Chip and Construction sites.
” Undertaking management, refurbishment, and demolition surveys.
” Re-inspection surveys upon completion of works.
” Smoke, background, leak, reassurance, re-occupation, and personal air testing.
” 4 stage clearances.
” Undertaking onsite audits.
” Sampling, bagging, and labelling of ACMs prior to sending for analysis.
” Working in line with relevant HSG guidelines.
” Gathering information on site and using TEAMS / TRACKER system to produce detailed reports.
” Liaising with clients when required, providing advice and support.
