Job Title: Asbestos Surveyor / Analyst
Location: Epsom, Surrey
Salary/Benefits: £25k – £42k + Training & Benefits

We are recruiting for a knowledgeable Asbestos Surveyor / Analyst to service new client contracts in and around the M25. You will be joining a well-respected name within the industry, who offer fantastic training prospects and have a close-knit, friendly team. Applicants will need to have strong technical knowledge as well as good organisational skills in order to effectively plan your workload and manage multiple client contracts. Our client would prefer candidates to be located near: Guildford, Woking, Farnham, Aldershot, Fleet, Camberley, Woking, Crowthorne, Bracknell, Reading, Maidenhead, Slough, Windsor, High Wycombe, Borehamwood, Watford, Potters Bar, St Albans, Hatfield, Enfield, Wembley, Harrow, Southall, Twickenham, Kingston upon Thames, Mitcham, Sutton, Epsom, Croydon, Bromley.

Experience / Qualifications:
– Must hold the BOHS P402, P403 & P404 (or RSPH equivalents)
– Will have strong experience undertaking Asbestos Surveys and the full range of analytical duties
– Excellent technical knowledge, including: HSG 264, HSG 248 and UKAS guidelines
– Good literacy and numeracy skills
– Comfortable using IT software, such as Office applications and / or TEAMS

The Role:
– Undertaking asbestos management, refurbishment and demolition surveys
– Completing 4 stage clearances
– Personal, leak, background, smoke, reassurance air testing
– Writing site-specific reports
– Safely collecting ACM samples from site
– Meeting with clients on site to discuss findings
– Attending removals projects to manage safety and compliance measures
