Job Title: Asbestos Surveyor / Analyst
Location: Newcastle upon Tyne, Tyne and Wear
Salary/Benefits: £25K – £42K DOE and Training & Benefits

We are recruiting for a well-accepted asbestos company that is on the look out for a sophisticated Asbestos Surveyor / Analyst. So, you must have achieved the BOHS P402, P403 and P404. You will be performing tasks such as: collecting samples from client sites to then analyse, completing the full range of surveys, writing up reports and liasing with clients. Our client can consider candidates who are qualified for singular disciplines as our client can provide training alongside numerous benefits like company car, pension, career development and overtime. Experience / Qualifications:
– Preferably hold all BOHS P402, 3 and 4 or RSPH equivalent but must hold at least one qualification
– Experienced in the asbestos industry
– Demonstrate asbestos technical knowledge and Health & Safety regulations
– Utilise IT software like Microsoft Office Package and TEAMS
– Comfortable when speaking to clients
– Able to adhere to company procedures, requirements and set targets
– Strong literacy skills in order to write up reports

The Role:
– Fulfil asbestos management, refurbishment and demolition surveys
– Travel to client sites such as domestic, commercial and industrial
– Perform 4 stage clearances
– Gather samples and store correctly
– Continue to retain compliance standards across removals projects
– Undertaking smoke, background, leak, reassurance, visual, re-occupation and personal air testing on various properties
– Create thorough reports for clients
