Job Title: Asbestos Surveyor / Analyst
Location: Derby, East Midlands.
Salary / Benefits £22k – £35k +Training +Benefits
Level of Experience: Trainee Asbestos Surveyor / Analyst through to Lead Asbestos Surveyor / Analyst

Profile: A specialist Asbestos Consultancy with a portfolio of Healthcare, Education, Commercial and Industrial clients are now looking to recruit a hardworking and competent Asbestos Surveyor / Analyst to carry out the full range of Asbestos Services across the Midlands area. The successful candidate will hold the BOHS P402, P403, P404 qualification and will carry out management, demolition, and refurbishment surveys alongside 4 Stage clearances, Visual re-inspections, and personal air testing.

Experience & Qualifications:
” BOHS P402, P403, P404 or RSPH equivalent qualifications (Essential)
” Will have a background working within the Asbestos industry, carrying out air monitoring and surveying duties.
” Excellent knowledge of HSG 264 guidelines.
” Competent in using industry related software.
” Excellent eye for detail and communication skills.
” Able to organise workday efficiently.
The Role:
” Management, refurbishment and demolition surveys across healthcare, Educational, Commercial, and Industrial sites.
” Undertaking the full range of analytical duties e.g., 4 Stage clearances, smoke, background, leak, re-occupation, personal air testing and visual re-inspections.
” Collecting information from site to produce TEAMS / TRACKER system.
” Providing support and training for trainees on site.
” Organising work schedule, making time to write reports and attend client meetings.
” Ensuring all work is carried out in line with HSG 264 guidelines.
” Providing clients with re-occupation certificates.
