This prominent asbestos consultancy now has an exciting opportunity for an Asbestos Surveyor/Analyst to join their team based near Abertawe. Consideration will be given to applications from Port Talbot, Neath, Swansea and the surrounding areas.

Qualifications & Experience:

Must possess the P402, P403, P404 asbestos certificates or the equivalent RSPH qualifications.
Previous experience surveying in the asbestos industry.
Possess good communication skills, both written and verbal.
A good knowledge of Health & Safety regulations relating to asbestos.
Competence with Microsoft Office Package.

Role:

Carry out 4 stage clearances, smoke, background, leak reassurance, visual, re-occupation and personal air testing.
Provide Management, Refurbishment and Demolition surveys on commercial and industrial properties.
Collate and produce accurate asbestos reports.
Supervise contractors on site ensuring they comply with Health & Safety legislation and procedures.
Build and maintain good relationship with clients.
