Job Description

This well-established and successful asbestos company currently has a vacancy for an experienced Asbestos Surveyor/Analyst to join their busy team working on a wide variety of contracts in or around the Chester area. The successful candidate will hold the P402/3/4 and extensive experience carrying out management, refurbishment / demolition surveys on domestic, commercial and industrial sites. Applications from Ellesmere Port, Wrexham, Northwich and the surrounding areas will be considered.

Qualifications & Experience:

Will hold the P402/P403/P404 asbestos certificates or the equivalent RSPH qualification.
Experience in asbestos surveying and air-monitoring/air-testing.
Excellent communication skills.
Competent with Microsoft office package.
A strong working knowledge of asbestos health & safety procedures.

Role:

Carrying out asbestos 4 stage clearances, smoke, background, leak reassurance, visual, re-occupation and personal air testing.
Undertake Management & Refurbishment/Demolition surveys on various properties including commercial and industrial.
Supervising contractors on site ensuring compliance with asbestos health and safety procedures.
Collating and producing comprehensive reports.
Maintaining a professional working relationship with the company’s large portfolio of clients.
