This UKAS accredited asbestos company who specialise in surveying and site analyst work in the South West area are now hoping to recruit an experienced and competent Asbestos Surveyor/Analyst based in and around the Exeter area. Applications from Exmouth, Tiverton, Credition, Newton Abbot and the surrounding areas will be considered.

Minimum requirements:

Must possess the P402, P403 and P404 asbestos certificates or the equivalent RSPH qualifications.
Experience in an asbestos surveying, air-monitoring role.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
A good working knowledge of asbestos Health & Safety legislation.

Main Responsibilities:

Carry out 4 stage clearances, smoke, background, leak reassurance, visual, re-occupation and personal air testing.
Provide Management, Refurbishment and Demolition surveys on a wide range of properties including commercial and industrial.
Oversee contractors on site ensuring compliance with Health and Safety procedures.
Collate & produce comprehensive reports.
Build and maintain a professional working relationship with clients.
