Job Description

This well-established asbestos company with a nationwide presence is currently undergoing rapid expansion so are now looking to recruit an experienced and competent Asbestos Surveyor/Analyst based in or around the Exeter area. The successful candidate will be covering a variety of contracts across the South West Region. Applications from Poole, Plymouth, Blandford and the surrounding areas will be considered.

Qualifications & Experience:

Must hold the P402/P403/P404 asbestos certificates or the equivalent RSPH qualification.
Experience in asbestos surveying and air-motoring within the asbestos industry.
A good working knowledge of asbestos Health & Safety legislation.
Proficient in using the Microsoft office package.
Excellent communication skills.

Role:

Carrying out asbestos 4 stage clearances, smoke, background, leak reassurance, visual, re-occupation and personal air testing on various properties.
Undertake Management, Refurbishment/Demolition surveys on properties including commercial and industrial.
Supervising contractors on site ensuring compliance with asbestos Health and Safety procedures.
Producing comprehensive asbestos reports.
Maintaining a professional working relationship with the company’s mixed portfolio of clients.
