Job Description

This well-established consultancy offering a variety of asbestos and environmental services to clients nationwide is looking to recruit an experienced Asbestos Surveyor/Analyst based in and around the Harrow area. Applications from Watford, Hayes, Enfield, Brentford and the surrounding areas will be welcomed.

Qualifications & Experience:

The applicant must have the P402/P403/P404 certificates or the equivalent RSPH qualification.
Experience of asbestos surveying and air-monitoring within the asbestos industry essential.
Good communication skills, both written and verbal.
A good working knowledge of asbestos Health and Safety legislation.
Competent in using the Microsoft Office Package.

Role:

Carry out asbestos Management, Refurbishment/Demolition surveys on a variety of properties including commercial and industrial.
Conduct asbestos smoke, background, leak, reassurance, visual 4 stage clearance and re-occupation and personal air-testing.
Oversee contractors on site ensuring that they follow the strict asbestos Health & Safety procedures.
Collate and produce comprehensive asbestos reports.
Build and maintain a professional working relationship with the company’s clients.
