Job Title – Asbestos Surveyor / Consultant
Location – Newcastle, Tyne and Wear
Salary – 26k – 38k + Company vehicle + competitive package

Expanding and independent asbestos consultancy currently has an opening for an experienced surveyor to join their team. Candidates will be joining a successful team, within a friendly and employee focused company. Current / previous experience working within the asbestos industry is essential with applicants holding a minimum of the P402 and 6 months site experience.

The client can offer regional work covering locations across the North East. Consideration will be given to those based in; Newcastle upon Tyne, Gateshead, Hebburn, North Shields, South Shields, Sunderland, Durham, Seaham, Washington, Chester-Le-Street, Houghton le Spring, Consett, Whitley Bay, Cramlington, Blyth, Morpeth, Ashington and the surrounding areas.

Requirements:
– BOHS P402
– Experience undertaking management, refurbishment & demolition asbestos surveys
– Confident using TEAMs / TRACKER.
– Flexible and positive attitude.
– Full UK driving license.

Duties:
– Undertaking Management, Refurbishment & Demolition surveys to housing stock.
– Able to identify asbestos containing material.
– Confident compiling reports using handheld PDAs.
– Able to up hold the companies values and delivering high quality asbestos surveys to clients.
– Ensure work in carried out promptly and to contract deadlines.
