Job Description

Our client is an accomplished asbestos company who provide a wide range of specialist asbestos services to clients throughout the UK. They are currently recruiting for an experienced, reliable and hardworking Asbestos Surveyor based in or around the London area with good access to the M25. They are looking for an individual who has extensive experience and knowledge gained through working in the asbestos industry carrying out asbestos surveys on various site types. The ideal candidate will also hold the P402 asbestos certificate. Applications from Romford, Enfield, Harlow, Ilford, and the surrounding areas will be considered.

Qualifications & Experience:

The applicant must have attained the P402 asbestos certificate or the equivalent RSPH qualification.
Must have previous experience of asbestos surveying within the industry.
Possess good communication skills, both written and verbal.
Proficient in using the Microsoft Office Package.
Be well versed with the asbestos Health & Safety procedures.

Key Responsibilities:

Carrying out asbestos Management, Refurbishment/Demolition surveys on various properties both commercial and industrial.
Consulting and liaising with clients from all levels.
Building and maintaining a strong relationship with the clients.
Collating and producing accurate, comprehensive asbestos reports.
