An opportunity has arisen within a distinguished and UKAS accredited asbestos company who provide professional asbestos services to clients through the UK. They are currently looking for a reliable and committed Asbestos Surveyor based in or around the Welling area. The successful candidate will hold the P402 asbestos certificate and will have hands on experience carrying out asbestos surveys on a range of industrial, commercial and residential sites. Consideration will be given to applications from Darford, Bromley, Ilford, Romford and the surrounding areas.

Experience:

Must hold the P402 asbestos certificate or the equivalent RSPH qualification.
Will have experience in carrying out Asbestos surveys on a varied site base.
Must have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
Will be proficient in using the Microsoft Office Package.
Must be fully conversant with the Health & Safety procedures pertaining to asbestos.
Must have good client facing skills.

Key Responsibilities:

Undertaking Management, Refurbishment/Demolition surveys on various buildings including commercial and industrial.
Collating and producing comprehensive asbestos reports.
Building and maintaining a good working relationship with clients.
Ensuring that all work is carried out in accordance with the Health & Safety procedures with regards to asbestos.

The successful post-holder must be dedicated, flexible, have good work ethic and have the aptitude to carry out the work effectively and within timeline.
