Job Description

Due to continued success our client is now urgently seeking a hard-working and experienced Asbestos Technical Manager to be based in and around the Bradford area. Undertaking daily tasks such as, Advising staff on training requirements, Carry out and co-ordinate audits, Inspections and quality control and talking with and maintaining a good professional relationship with the company’s clients Applications from Leeds, Huddersfield, Blackburn, Bolton and the surrounding areas will be taken into consideration.

Qualifications & experience:

Holding the S301/CCP qualifications or the equivalent BOHS qualifications essential.
Will have a strong technical, quality, auditing, management and asbestos background.
Experience in this or similar role.
Good communication skills, both written and verbal.
Proficient with Microsoft office package.
Excellent organisational skills.

Key Responsibilities:

Advise on staff training requirements, attend operational/technical meetings and any other duties required under the technical managerial role.
Maintain a good level of technical and quality competence in all aspects.
Ensure workload is completed effectively and within timescales.
Carry out and co-ordinate audits, inspections and quality control.
Comply with company policy and procedures.
Liaise with the company’s clients on a regular basis.
Build and maintain a strong and professional relationship with clients.
Update and maintain the company’s systems and equipment records effectively.
Oversee the company’s quality/technical system and implement improvements where required.
