Job Title: Clean Air Validation / Service Engineer
Location: Bristol, Somerset.
Salary / Benefits £30k – £48k + Training + Benefits
We have a nationally recognised provider of Clean Air services who, due, to continued success are now seeking to take on a Clean Air Validation / Service Engineer. The successful candidate will ideally come from a UKAS ISO17025 certified clean air company and will have experience in installing, maintaining and servicing of clean air systems, including LEV, HVAC, fume extract systems and safety cabinets. Due to the nature of the role, the successful candidate must be happy to travel extensively (Including internationally) in line with company and client requirements. Experience & Qualifications:
” Will have experience working for a reputable clean air company as a Clean Air Validation / Service Engineer.
” Able to work in line with ISO 14644 / Health and Safety guidelines.
” Able to confidently interpret technical drawings and complex instructions.
” Excellent communication skills, able to liaise with client and colleagues confidently.
” Must be happy to travel extensively in line with company and client needs.
” Will have experience with biological decontamination including with Vapourised Hydrogen Peroxide (VHP).
” Strong technical and analytical skills.
The Role:
” Working to industry and manufacturing guidelines to install, service, and maintain LEV, HVAC, fume extract systems and safety cabinets.
” Testing and clarifying HEPA Filters & cleanrooms.
” Ensuring systems comply with ISO 14644 guidelines.
” Undertaking biological decontamination using Vapourised Hydrogen Peroxide (VHP) and other required chemicals.
” Attending site to carry out routine and emergency maintenance checks on systems.
” Producing detailed technical reports based on site findings.
” Ensuring work is completed in line with agreed time frames.
