Job Title: Dual Skilled Asbestos Surveyor / Analyst.
Location: Stafford, Staffordshire.
Salary / Benefits £24k – £42k + Training + Benefits

A nationally recognised Asbestos Consultancy are now recruiting in the Midlands region for a Dual Skilled Asbestos Surveyor / Analyst. You will be covering Healthcare, Industrial, Local Authority, Retail, and Leisure sites undertaking the full range of surveying and analytical duties in line with HSG 264 / HSG 248 guidelines and in line with company and client requirements. Experience & Qualifications:
” Will hold the BOHS P402, P403, P404 or RSPH equivalent.
” Holding experience working for a UKAS accredited Asbestos consultancy working as a Surveyor / Analyst is essential to the role.
” Excellent practical knowledge of HSG 264 / HSG 248 guidelines is essential to the role.
” Able to use TEAMS / TRACKER systems.
” Excellent communication skills.
” Organising workload in line with company and client needs.

The Role:
” Will carry out management, refurbishment, demolition, and re-inspection surveys.
” Conducting 4 stage clearances.
” Undertaking Leak, smoke, background, re-occupation, and personal air testing.
” Producing certificates of re-occupation for clients.
” Undertaking audits of contractors on site.
” Working in line with HSG 264 / HSG 248 guidelines.
” Producing detailed & technical surveying and analytical reports using TEAMS / TRACKER systems.
