Job Title: Dual Skilled Asbestos Surveyor / Analyst.
Location: Bristol, Somerset.
Salary / Benefits £24k – £38k + Training + Benefits

We have a new opportunity with an industry leading Asbestos Consultancy in the South West of England. They are now in the market for a Dual Skilled Asbestos Surveyor / Analyst to join their established team. You will be conducting the full range of surveying and analytical duties across Commercial, Industrial, and Construction sites, ensuring work is being conducted in line with HSG 264 / HSG 248 guidelines. Experience & Qualifications:
” Must hold the BOHS P402, P403, & P404 or RSPH equivalent qualification.
” Will have strong background working in a surveying / analytical role working for a UKAS accredited Asbestos Consultancy.
” Able to confidently use TEAMS / TRACKER systems.
” Will have excellent communication skills, able to communicate with colleagues and clients of all levels.
” Will be well versed in industry relevant Health and Safety guidelines e.g., HSG 264 / HSG 248.

The Role:
” Carrying out management, refurbishment, and demolition surveys on Commercial, Industrial, and Construction sites.
” 4 stage clearances.
” Smoke, leak, background, re-occupation, and personal air testing.
” Carrying out re-inspection surveys upon completion of work.
” Sampling of suspected ACMs on site.
” Bagging and labelling of suspected ACMs prior to sending to the laboratory for analysis.
” Carrying out work in line with HSG 264 / HSG 248 guidelines.
” Undertaking visual inspections.
” Conducting on site audits.
” Creating detailed, site specific reports using TEAMS / TRACKER systems.
” Providing clients with certificated of re-occupation.
