Job Description
Job Title: HVAC Commissioning Engineer.
Location: Manchester, Greater Manchester.
Salary / Benefits £30k – £50k + Training + Benefits
Independent and privately owned HVAC Commissioning company with a national presence. They are now looking to employ a HVAC Commissioning Engineer to work across Healthcare, Educational and Leisure Centre sites. Working in line with relevant Health & Safety legislations you will be commissioning water, air, and ventilation systems, carrying out fault finding on site and auditing of air handling units. You will also regularly liaise with clients, providing detailed reports alongside continuous support and technical advice. Due to the nature of the contracts, the successful client must be happy to travel extensively across the UK in line with company / client requirements.

Experience & Qualifications:
” Experience working for an established HVAC / Commissioning company, ideally working as an commissioning engineer.
” Will ideally a hold a combination of CSA Grades (Levels 1-3).
” Excellent communication skills.
” Excellent knowledge of relevant Health & Safety legislations.
” Will be IT literate.
The Role:
” Working on Healthcare, Educational and Leisure Centre sites.
” Carrying out fault finding on site, ensuring to resolve issues found on site in a timely manner.
” Undertaking commissioning of air systems across new builds and existing sites.
” Carrying out critical ventilation testing.
” Testing of airflow and pressure measurements, air sampling, noise, and environmental measurements.
” Auditing of air handling units (AHU) and carrying out work where necessary.
” Ensuring all test sheets are filled out accurately as well as producing detailed reports for clients.
” Ensuring work is carried out in line with relevant Health & Safety guidelines.
” Liaising with clients, ensuring to maintain excellent working relationships.
