Job Title: Legionella Plumber
Location: Northampton, East Midlands
Salary/Benefits: £25k – £38k + Training & Benefits

We are recruiting for a highly-regarded Legionella / Water Hygiene company, who have a national presence and excellent reputation. Due to winning new contracts, they are looking for a hardworking Legionella Plumber to cover a varied portfolio of client sites. Candidates must be able to maintain excellent client relationships and will undertake work to a high standard. Locations of work include: Northampton, Bedford, Daventry, Wellingborough, Kettering, Corby, Market Harborough, Towcester, Blechley, Brackley, Banbury, Bicester, Aylesbury, Leighton Buzzard, Dunstable, Luton, Oxford, Witney, Evesham, Cheltenham, Royal Leamington Spa, Stratford-upon-Avon, Coventry, Rugby, Leicester, Redditch, Solihull, Droitwich Spa, Worcester, Peterborough, Milton Keynes, Sandy, St Neots, Biggleswade, Hitchin.

Experience / Qualifications:
– Must have experience working as a Plumber within a Legionella / Water Hygiene oufit
– It is preferred that candidates will hold plumbing qualifications, such as: Level 2 Plumbing NVQ and / or G3 Vented & Unvented
– Working knowledge of ACOP L8 and HSG 274 guidelines
– Will ideally also be able to undertake some Water Hygiene duties
– Good written and verbal communication skills
– Hardworking attitude

The Role:
– Working across a mixed portfolio of: commercial, local authority, public sector and industrial client sites
– TMV inspections, servicing and replacements
– Cleans and disinfections on cold water storage tanks
– Tank refurbishments, replacements and installations
– RPZ valve replacements
– Deadleg removals
– Chlorinations on cold water storage tanks
– Pipework installations, repairs and replacements
– Collating prices for further recommended works
– Attending client sites to assess work requirements
– Representing the company in a professional manner
