Job Title: Legionella Risk Assessor
Location: Bristol, Somerset.
Salary / Benefits £24k – £36k + Training + Benefits

A reputable and nationally recognised provider of various Water Hygiene / Legionella management services are looking to expand their team in the South West region by taking on a qualified and hard working Legionella Risk Assessor. You will be joining an established team of Risk Assessors. Working independently on Healthcare, Retail, Leisure, and Educational sites, you will be carrying out legionella risk assessments on both hot and cold-water systems in line with client needs / deadlines and HSG 274 / ACoP L8 guidelines. Experience & Qualifications:
” Will hold industry recognised qualifications e.g. City and Guilds / WMSoc in Legionella Risk Assessment.
” Experience working extensively as a Legionella Risk Assessor for a reputable Water Hygiene / Legionella Management company.
” Will be professional and personable with colleagues and clients of all levels.
” Excellent IT skills, able to produce detailed reports, management plans, and schematic drawings.
” Organising workload in line with company and client needs.

The Role:
” Attending Healthcare, Retail, Leisure, and Educational sites.
” Conducting Legionella Risk Assessments on both hot and cold-water systems.
” Creating and using site specific schematic drawings to conduct work accurately.
” Making amendments to schematic drawings when needed to ensure accuracy.
” Using information from site to produce in-depth legionella reports based on site findings.
” Creating legionella management plans and consulting with clients in order to implement actions to efficiently prevent legionnaires disease.
” Working in line with HSG 274 / ACoP L8 guidelines.
