Job Title: Legionella Risk Assessor
Location: Rochdale, Greater Manchester
Salary/Benefits: £25k – £42k + Training & Benefits

Due to recently winning new contracts, our client is seeking a driven Legionella Risk Assessor who can confidently undertake assessments on domestic hot & cold water systems. You will be joining a friendly and well-established company, who can offer great training and progression. With this in mind, they are able to consider candidates who would like to train into this area, provided that they have strong industry experience working as a Water Hygiene Engineer. Experience / Qualifications:
– Must have proven experience working as a Legionella Risk Assessor within a Water Hygiene / Legionella outfit
– Will hold the City & Guilds (WMSoc) in Legionella Risk Assessing
– Excellent level of technical knowledge, including: ACOP L8 and HSG 274 guidelines
– It would support applications if candidates held some plumbing / remedial knowledge
– Hardworking attitude
– Good literacy and IT skills

The Role:
– Undertaking legionella risk assessments on domestic hot and cold systems
– Producing thorough risk assessment reports to indicate any risks on client sites
– Meeting with clients to provide tailored technical advice
– Working in accordance with ACOP L8 guidelines
– Ad-hoc water sampling and temperature monitoring
– Supporting training for new members of the team
– Travelling in line with company requirements
