Job Description

Our client, a well-established water treatment/hygiene company are currently looking for an experienced Legionella Risk Assessor to work for them in the London region. They would welcome applications from South West London, North London and the surrounding areas.

Qualifications & experience:

Must hold City & Guilds/WMS, Legionella Control Association certificates.
A good working knowledge of domestic, commercial and industrial water systems, supplies and water regulations.
Extensive experience of carrying out risk assessments in line with ACOP – L8 is essential within the water treatment/hygiene industry.
Excellent communication skills both written and verbal.
Proficient with Microsoft office package.

Role:

Produce schematic drawings, comprehensive reports and final documents.
Monthly temperature testing, water sampling, surveys of water systems and supplies within the guidelines of ACOP L8.
Attend meetings with clients to discuss findings of reports.
Conducting Legionella Risk Assessments to ACOP L8.
Ensuring that all work is carried out in accordance with health & safety and company procedures.
Providing recommendations and prices for remedial works, routine control measure through quotations and carrying out such works based on the risk assessments.
Build and maintain a good working relationship with clients.
