Job Title: Legionella / Water Treatment Sales Manager
Location:Chelmsford, Essex.
Salary / Benefits £35k – £45k + OTE + Benefits
Level of Experience: Trainee Legionella / Water Treatment Sales Manager through to Lead Legionella / Water Treatment Sales Manager

Profile: An established Legionella / Water Treatment Consultancy who provide the full range of Legionella/Water Treatment services UK wide are now seeking to recruit a commercial focused and driven Legionella / Water Treatment Sales Manager based in and around the Chelmsford area. The ideal candidate will come from a strong Legionella / Water Treatment background, ideally with previous hands-on experience, and have a proven track record of generating new business, managing accounts, and ensuring targets are being met.

Experience & Qualifications:
” Experience working within a Sales, Business Development or Account Management role.
” Successful track record of B2B selling within a Water Treatment or Legionella setting.
” Will have excellent knowledge of the Legionella / Water Treatment industry.
” Will have excellent organisational skill and will have excellent knowledge of relevant Health and Safety/ACoP L8 guidelines.
” Ideally have previous hands-on experience within the Legionella / Water Treatment industry.

The Role:
” Managing, growing, and developing a portfolio of new and existing accounts.
” Lead generation through cold calling and face-to-face client meetings.
” Promoting growth through the cross-selling of the company’s water hygiene / legionella services.
” Develop and monitor business forecasts and budgets.
” Working towards agreed sales targets and KPI’s.
” Preparing and producing tenders for clients.
” Dealing with any client queries/issues appropriately.
” Attending meetings as required.
” Training and Development of sales staff.
” Building and maintaining excellent working relationships with clients, ensuring all issues are dealt with efficiently.
