Job Title: LEV Engineer
Location: Manchester, Greater Manchester.
Salary / Benefits £24k – £45k + Training + Benefits

A well-known and reputable Clean Air / LEV company based in the North West now have a position open for an LEV Engineer to join their longstanding team. The successful candidate must hold the BOHS P601 qualification and will be working on Healthcare, Pharmaceutical, and Educational sites. The successful candidate will have extensive experience carrying out LEV testing, installing, and commissioning of LEV systems and checking flow rates of client’s systems in line with COSHH / Health and Safety guidelines.
Consideration will be given to candidates from: Oldham, Stockport, Warrington, Macclesfield, Buxton, Crewe, Chester, Birkenhead, Wallasey, Liverpool, St Helens, Wigan, Rochdale, Bolton, Bury, Preston, Blackpool, Huddersfield, Blackburn, Bradford, Keighley, Leeds, Wakefield.

Experience & Qualifications:
” Must hold the BOHS P601 qualification.
” Extensive experience working as an engineer for an reputable Clean Air / LEV company.
” Able to demonstrate excellent practical knowledge of relevant HSG 258 / COSHH guidelines.
” Able to produce detailed reports.
” Excellent communication skills.
” Able to organise work load in line with company /client requirements.
The Role:
” Carrying out Local Exhaust Ventilation (LEV) testing.
” Efficiently installing and commissioning of new LEV systems.
” Carrying out air flow checks on clients existing systems.
” Using information from site to produce detailed comprehensive reports.
” Liaising with clients, providing excellent technical support and advice based on site findings.
” Upselling company products and services to new and existing clients.
” Working in line with relevant HSG 258 / COSHH guidelines.
