Job Title: LEV Engineer.
Location: Manchester, Greater Manchester.
Salary / Benefits £24k – £40k + Training + Benefits

We are currently recruiting for an industry leading provider of LEV services and products who are now seeking to take on a qualified and hard-working LEV engineer in the North West region. The successful candidate will have experience carrying out LEV testing, emissions testing, and examining of class 1-3 fume cupboards, on Educational, Industrial, Food & Beverage and Construction sites. For the successful candidate can offer further training and development, company pension scheme, competitive salary, and attractive holiday allowance.

Experience & Qualifications:
” Will hold industry recognised qualification e.g. BOHS P601.
” Experience working as an LEV engineer for a reputable provider of LEV products and services.
” Excellent communication skills.
” Well versed in HSG 258 / COSHH guidelines.
” Able to communicate well with colleagues and clients of all levels.
” Excellent IT skills

The Role:
” Working on a mixed portfolio of longstanding site carrying out Local Exhaust Ventilation (LEV) testing.
” Carrying out validation and maintenance work.
” Installing, servicing and testing dust and fume extraction systems.
” Undertaking emissions testing.
” Thoroughly examining class 1-3 fume cupboards.
” Working closely with clients, providing excellent technical support and advice when requires.
” Commercially minded, identifying opportunities to promote and upsell company products and services.
” Ensuring work is carries out in line with HSG 258 / COSHH guidelines.
” Creating detailed reports based on site findings.
