Job Title: Water Hygiene Engineer.
Location: Leeds, West Yorkshire.
Salary / Benefits £22k – £34k + Training + Benefits

Our client is a leading expert in Water Hygiene / Water Treatment company. They are now looking to take on a Water Hygiene Engineer based within the Yorkshire region. You will be responsible for carrying out L8 management services on High Security, Food & Beverage, Healthcare and Heavy Industry sites. This opportunity would suit a candidate looking to join a consistently expanding company and an engineer who is looking to gain further technical knowledge and experience. Experience & Qualifications:
” Will have experience working as an engineer for a Water Hygiene / Legionella company.
” Excellent knowledge of HSG / ACoP L8 guidelines.
” Will have excellent communication skills.
” Able to manage work in line with company / client needs.
” Ability to work weekends in line within company needs would be beneficial.
” Will be IT literate.

The Role:
” Conducting water sampling and temperature monitoring.
” Cleans and chlorination on hot and cold-water systems.
” TMV servicing and failsafes.
” Showerhead cleans and descales.
” Carrying out sampling and dosing of closed systems. (beneficial, not essential)
” Cooling tower cleans and disinfections(beneficial, not essential)
” Updating onsite logbooks upon completion of works.
” Ensuring work is carried out in accordance with ACoP L8 / HSG guidelines.
