Job Title: Water Hygiene Engineer.
Location: Bristol, Somerset.
Salary / Benefits £24K – £36K + Training + Benefits

We are working closely with an industry leading, multi-disciplined environmental company who specialise in providing Water Hygiene / Legionella management services. They are now recruiting in the South West for a hardworking and diligent Water Hygiene Engineer. You will be joining a longstanding team of engineers and will be responsible for carrying out various water hygiene services on Commercial, Healthcare, Industrial, and Educational sites. For the successful candidate, our client can offer cross training into other environmental sectors, regional travel, and company vehicle.

Consideration will be given to candidates from: Bath, Trowbridge, Chippenham, Malbrough, Devizes, Warminster, Swindon, Shepton Mallet, Weston-super-Mare, Shaftesbury, Yeovil, Ilminster, Taunton, Minehead, Andover, Stroud, Cirencester, Cheltenham, Gloucester.

Experience & Qualifications:
” Strong background working as a Water Hygiene Engineer for a reputable Water Hygiene / Legionella management company.
” Well versed in HSG 247 / ACoP L8 guidelines.
” Excellent communication skills.
” Good IT skills, familiar updating onsite logbooks.
” Excellent organisational skills.

The Role:
” Water sampling.
” Temperature monitoring.
” TMV servicing and failsafe testing.
” Showerhead cleans and descales.
” Cleans and disinfections of CWSTs.
” Ensuring work is carried out in line with HSG 274 / ACoP L8 guidelines.
” Completing onsite logbooks upon completion of work.
