Job Title: Water Hygiene Engineer
Location: Coventry, West Midlands
Salary/Benefits: £25k – £36k + Training & Benefits

We are recruiting for a national company who specialise in Water Hygiene / Legionella services. They are seeking a Water Hygiene Engineer, who ideally, has a well-rounded skillset and enthusiasm to train further. They can offer cross-training and further modules for hardworking individuals, so this would be a great opportunity for a keen engineer. Salaries are competitive and benefits include: overtime opportunities and the use of a company vehicle.

Our client is seeking someone who is based around the following locations: Coventry, Rugby, Daventry, Royal Leamington Spa, Redditch, Solihull, Bromsgrove, Tamworth, Droitwich Spa, Worcester, Wolverhampton, Stourbridge, Kidderminster, Cannock, Stafford, Telford, Rugeley, Coalville, Loughborough, Leicester, Corby, Nottingham, Derby, Burton upon Trent, Melton Mowbray, Mansfield, Matlock, Lichfield, Wellingborough.

Experience / Qualifications:
– Will have experience working as a Water Hygiene Engineer within a Water / Legionella specialist
– Excellent technical understanding, including the ACOP L8 and HSG 274 guidelines
– Experienced working independently as well as in teams
– IT literate
– Good literacy and numeracy skills
– Flexible to travel as required

The Role:
– Undertaking a wide variety of ACOP L8 compliance tasks across commercial, domestic and local authority premises
– Showerhead descales
– TMV servicing
– Cleans and disinfections on CWST
– Basic outlet flushes
– Water sampling
– Temperature monitoring
– Expansion vessel servicing
– Competing regular service reports
