Job Title: Water Hygiene Engineer
Location: Grays, Essex
Salary/Benefits: £25k – £36k + Training & Benefits

The role will adapt to clients’ requirements, as such, applicants will need to hold strong and varied experience as well as a flexible attitude. Works will be in and around the M25, so applicants will ideally be located within a commutable distance to this region. Experience / Qualifications:
– Must have a strong track record working as a Water Hygiene Engineer within a Water Hygiene / Legionella company
– Fully conversant in ACOP L8 & HSG 274 guidelines
– Good written and verbal communication skills
– Confident using IT software
– Flexible to travel in line with company requirements

The Role:
– Undertaking a wide range of ACOP L8 compliance duties across commercial, domestic, local authority and public sector sites
– Showerhead descales
– TMV servicing
– Calorifier inspections
– Showerhead descales
– Chlorinations
– Water sampling
– Temperature monitoring
– Updating site logbooks and completing regular service reports
