Job Title: Water Hygiene Engineer
Location: Tamworth, West Midlands
Salary/Benefits: £25k – £35k Depending on Expericence plus Training & Benefits

Our client is privately owned Environmental Compliance company, looking for a passionate and keen Water Hygiene Engineer who can work to carry out ACOP L8 standard. Able to complete duties such as TMV servicing and temperature monitoring. Ensuring to write up any faults found and discussing with clients in a professional and confident manner. Experience / Qualifications:
– Knowledge of ACOP L8 and HSG 274 and following guidelines/regulations
– Experience working for a water hygiene company in domestic and commercial (and industrial?) sites/settings
– Flexible to travel to client sites
– Able to follow company procedures / requirements
– Hardworking
– Reading and writing proficiency
– Prepared to speak to clients professionally

The Role:
– TMV servicing, cleans and disinfections
– Showerhead descales
– Temperature monitoring
– Routine legionella sampling
– Inspections on systems, identifying any technical performance issues
– Flushing on little used outlets
– Complete reports to present findings to clients
– Meet company deadlines
– Keep records up to date
– Use IT software such as PDA
