Job Title: Water Hygiene Engineer
Location: Woking, Surrey
Salary/Benefits: £25k – £35k + Training & Benefits

We are seeking a multi-skilled Water Hygiene Engineer, who would be able to carry out a wide range of duties to manage water hygiene compliance across client sites. You will be joining a growing Water Hygiene / Legionella company, who has recently won contracts in and around the M25. Duties will range from regular sampling and monitoring duties to cleans and disinfections tasks. The role will include travel across: Woking, Guildford, Aldershot, Camberley, Bracknell, Reading, Maidenhead, Slough, Hounslow, Kingston upon Thames, Windsor, High Wycombe, Fleet, Farnham, Epsom, Sutton, Croydon, Southall, Harrow, Watford, Bromley, Croydon, Dartford, Erith, Bexleyheath, Crawley, Redhill, Caterham, Oxted, Sevenoaks, Barking, Ilford, Enfield, Romford.

Experience / Qualifications:
– Must hold existing experience working as a Water Hygiene Engineer
– Will have worked within a well-established Water Hygiene / Legionella company
– Working knowledge of ACOP L8 and HSG 274 compliance guidelines
– Hardworking attitude
– Good literacy and IT experience
– It would be beneficial to hold remedial / plumbing experience, but this is not essential

The Role:
– Completing a wide range of ACOP L8 compliance duties across commercial, public sector and local authority client sites
– Showerhead descales
– Cleans & disinfections on cold water storage tanks
– TMV inspections and servicing
– Chlorinations on tanks
– Water sampling
– Temperature monitoring
– Completing regular service reports
– Working to agreed timeframes
