Job Title: Water Hygiene Technician.
Location: Bicester, Oxfordshire.
Salary / Benefits £22k – £35k + Training + Benefits

We are working closely with an independent and privately owned Water Hygiene / Legionella company who are now looking to recruit a Water Hygiene Technician. You will be working on a range of Commercial, Industrial and Public Sector sites. The successful candidate will have extensive experience carrying out L8 management services, including but not limited to, TMV testing and servicing, water sampling, temperature monitoring and showerhead descales. Consideration will be given to candidates from: Oxford, Witney, Abingdon, High Wycombe, Reading, Newbury, Slough, Windsor, Hemel Hempstead, Luton, Aylesbury, Bletchley, Brackley, Milton Keynes, St Albans, Watford, Cheshunt, Hertford, Stevenage, Bishop’s Stortford.

Experience & Qualifications:
” Experience working in the Water Hygiene industry and will have extensive experience working on a mixed portfolio of sites working as a technician.
” In depth knowledge of HSG / ACoP L8 guidelines.
” Excellent communication and time management skills.

The Role:
” Routine water sampling and temperature monitoring.
” TMV and failsafe testing and servicing.
” Carrying out tank cleans and disinfections.
” Showerhead descales and disinfection.
” Calorifier purging.
” Ensuring to update onsite logbooks.
” Flushing of little used outlets.
” Working in line with ACoP L8 / HSG guidelines.
