Job Title: Water Treatment Account Manager
Location: Wigan, Greater Manchester
Salary/Benefits: £30k – £50k + Training & Benefits

We are recruiting on behalf of a privately owned Water Treatment company, who are based in the North West of England. They are looking for a dynamic and proactive Water Treatment Account Manager to join their growing team. The role will primarily focus on managing existing client accounts and some business development / sales duties, such as upselling and following up on new client leads. Applicants must be able to hit the ground running, as such, our client requires a candidate with proven industry experience and knowledge. Experience / Qualifications:
– Must have a successful track record of managing Water Treatment accounts within a well-established outfit
– Fully conversant in ACOP L8 and HSG 274 guidelines
– It would support applications to hold a degree relating to chemistry / science fields
– Excellent knowledge of process systems as well as domestic hot & cold systems
– Experienced in client communications
– Strong written and numeracy skills
– Comfortable using IT software
– Professional manner

The Role:
– Overseeing a portfolio of Water Treatment, Steam Boiler, Cooling Tower and Closed System client accounts
– Completing contract renewals processes with clients
– Upselling of services to an existing client base
– On-boarding new client contracts
– Producing thorough and competitive quotations for works
– Acting as the main point of contact for clients, ensuring to provide technical support and answer any queries
– Identifying new business leads and opportunities
– Building and fostering strong relationships with clients
– Ensuring works are completed on-time and to a high standard
– Meeting with clients on site to discuss requirements and service standards
